GYM with Adult 1

Ages 12-24 months with an adult

For 12-24 months This parent tot class is a combination of gymnastics, creative movement, and circle time. For lots of climbing, running, jumping and  through developmentally appropriate gymnastics activities such as stepping, rolling, balancing, sliding and swinging. 

 30 minutes with parent

GYM with Adult 2

Ages 24-36 months with an adult 

Two- year olds are AMAZING! Your 24 month-36 month old will learn gross motor and small motor coordination skills, and  gymnastics skills This is a great way to get your child ready for preschool  This parent tot class is a combination of gymnastics, creative movement,

and circle time. For lots of climbing, running, jumping and  Fun 

30 minutes with adult

GYM 2 ages 2 1/2-4 years old

 

Your 2 1/2-4 year old will learn gross motor and small motor coordination skills, and gymnastics skills. Additionally, your child will learn important social skills, such as following directions and taking turns. This class is without parent  30 minutes

Gym 4 4-6 year olds

GYM 4 ages 4-6 years old

4-6 years This class will teach your child the basics from forward rolls to cartwheel logic. It will enhance your child’s strength, flexibility and coordination. They will also learn age appropriate routines 45 minute class

BeginGym ages 6-12 year olds

 This class is based on FIG Olympic Levels 1 . Your child will learn all of the necessary skills to perform basic routines based on the Level 1 All students will receive a BeginGym White Wristband 

Floor routines Includes Tumbling learning forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels. 45 min

Intermediate/AdvancedGYM invitation only ages 6-14 years

 

By invitation only. Student must have Yellow Belt or higher to qualify. 6-13 years This class is based on FIG Olympic Levels 2-4. Your child will learn all of the necessary skills to perform basic routines based on the Levels 2-4. 60 min
